The right place is everything. From my first day in Portland, I knew I had found mine. I loved the big trees, mossy forest floor, and quiet rainy days. I loved all the neighborhoods and their different characters, and I fell in love with Portland’s people: kind, curious, laid back, open, and a little weird in all the right ways.
After graduating from Lewis & Clark College, a career in media took me to New York City. There, I worked in book publishing, in both editorial and marketing. As an editor, I worked with authors to bring their stories to life; as a marketer, I helped those books find their readers. After that, I spent five years at The New York Times, where I led large-scale partnerships and sponsorship initiatives between the newsroom and advertising functions. After New York, I moved back to my home state of California and spent a few years in the Bay Area, before the big trees called me back to Portland.
As a realtor, I bring my experience in negotiation, advertising and marketing, project management, and calm thinking to every transaction. I love finding creative solutions to complex challenges and I stay composed when the seas get rough. I am a home matchmaker extraordinaire, a great listener, and enjoy working with folks relocating to Portland or making more local moves. I will be your guide, advisor, and partner through every stage of this process.
I will also work tirelessly to get the deal you deserve. I come by this work honestly, descending from a long line of passionate entrepreneurs. My grandmother was an iconic fashion designer whose bright prints instantly conjure a life of adventure and play, while my great great grandfather’s legacy lives on through the eponymous prize. More recently, this entrepreneurial spirit manifests in a family of real estate professionals practicing across the country. As your real estate advisor, I promise to bring passion, intelligence, honesty, and competence to every transaction.
When I’m not touring houses, you can find me at the park with my toddler, poking around Alberta Street with my husband, hiking in the beautiful country surrounding this city, or digging in the garden with our floppy-eared rescue dog. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you find your place.
